I'm really happy with this item, the cost, and how quickly it arrived.

The delivery of supplies was awesome and right on schedule. However, one of the pipes seemed like it might have been returned since it had some food grease on it.

I was a bit unsure at the beginning, but I really didn't need to be. This outfit is fantastic!! It's got me itching to buy more things!! ;)

The items I received were high quality and matched what was shown. The only downside I noticed was the wait time from when I ordered to when it finally got here.

Where do I even begin? I've purchased around 8 pairs of Timberland Pro Wellington in size 12m over the years. They didn’t send me any tracking information. I had to reach out and ask, 'Where's my boot that I ordered?' After waiting for several weeks, the boot finally showed up. But guess what? I couldn't even get it on my foot. So, I requested an exchange for a 13m. What did they do? They sent me a generic reply asking for pictures of the damage. I clearly stated I wanted an 'exchange.' Days later, I got a 'return' email instead. I replied again, insisting on an exchange. I mean, is anyone even reading these emails? This back-and-forth continued, and to save you from the boring details, once the exchange boot was finally shipped, I got yet another generic response without tracking info. I had to email them again for updates, and after what felt like ages, the replacement finally arrived. This level of customer service is just unacceptable. Not once did they fix anything or offer an apology.

Fantastic communication throughout, they kept us informed every step of the way and had stuff that was hard to track down elsewhere.

I’m out in the cold at around 45-50 degrees. The company I’m talking about is Taylor Farms, and as the name suggests, they’re in the agri-business. Your cozy, thick gloves do a great job of keeping my hands warm and dry. They’re so reasonably priced that I grab 10 to 15 pairs whenever I can. Keep doing what you’re doing!
